Support Information
In addition to this support wiki, RumbleWare provides email support at support@rumbleware.com. Support is included in all product subscriptions and during product evaluation. When you contact support via email, a new support case will be opened for you automatically, and an automatic response will be sent to you via email. A member of the RumbleWare team will generally respond to you during the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. pacific time, Monday through Friday.
